New Haven Delegation Arrives in Hue, Vietnam

Fifteen people representing the City of New Haven have arrived in Hue for the start of the 2011 Traditional Handcrafts Festival and meetings with City of Hue officials.  Barbara Lamb, president of NH Sister Cities, Chair of the Hue-NH Committee and Director of the Dept of Cultural Affairs for the City of New Haven is being accompanied by Kelly Murphy, New Haven's Economic Development Administrator and 13 other individuals with ties to New Haven and interest in the relationship with Hue. In…See More

NHSC Tour to Vietnam Attracts More Than A Dozen People

The Hue, Vietnam City Committee has closed out the trip with a total of 15 people registered for the Vietnam-Cambodia trip leaving April 26.  The group will visit all the major sites of Hanoi, Hoi An, and Ho Chi Minh City over a two week+ period, ending with a 3 day visit to Angkor Wat in Cambodia.  The trip includes a special overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay.  The group will also be hosted by officials in the City of Hue for two days during the 2011 Traditional Handcrafts and Culinary Festival…See More
