Group swim lesson registrations are made in person or online, on a first come, first served basis starting at 8:00am on the posted registration date. Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Registration closes at the end of the first week of lessons. All classes have a minimum enrollment needed to run, cancellations will be made a week prior to the session start date.

If unsure about your child's level, please contact the pool (603) 427-1546. During the first class, the instructor will assess all swimmers' skills. If necessary, the pool will move a swimmer to a more appropriate level. The pool can’t guarantee an available spot if swimmers are placed in the wrong level.
There are no makeups for missed classes. If you choose to move your child to different time, this must be done before the start of the session and there will be a $10 fee. Transfers must be made in person. In order to maintain the integrity of our class as to content and to size, we do not offer make-ups. The pool has found that adding children to a class they are not registered for disrupts the rhythm of the class. The pool ask that you please do your best to attend all the classes.
Instructor schedules are made after signups are complete. Due to pool and instructors' schedules, we cannot accommodate requests for certain instructors.
Due to the high demand and limited spots for swim lessons, refunds are not available except in cases where the pool cancels a class due to low enrollment.
If a child is not able to attend the full swim session, in the case of injury or illness with doctor’s note, a credit will be given for the remainder of the session.
